Anonymous behavior analytics
How analytics help us improve the website
With your consent, SOWO uses PostHog to understand anonymous website activity such as pages visited, active time in page sections, scroll depth, product and article interactions, outbound link clicks and WhatsApp button clicks. We use this information to improve navigation, content and product information.
PostHog may process technical and device information such as browser type, device category, operating system, language, time zone, referring page and campaign parameters. Approximate country and city may be inferred from network information. We do not use this website analytics integration to identify you by name.
Cookies and session replay
Optional storage and privacy-masked recordings
After you accept analytics, PostHog uses local storage and cookies to maintain an anonymous visitor identifier across page visits and to support session analysis. Session replay may record page layout, navigation, scrolling and clicks so we can understand usability issues.
Form fields and inquiry forms are masked or excluded from session replay and automatic capture. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone or WhatsApp numbers, inquiry requirements, message contents, passwords or other form input values to PostHog. Analytics do not read WhatsApp conversations and do not determine whether a message was sent.
Your choices
Accept, reject or change analytics consent
Analytics are optional. Use the analytics notice to accept or reject them. You can change your choice at any time through the “Analytics settings” button displayed at the bottom of the website. Rejecting analytics stops event collection and session recording.
Internal SOWO users can exclude their browser by setting sowo_internal_user=true in local storage. Analytics are also disabled on localhost and local files.
